ATHIE’S INCITEMENT CASE THROWN OUT

Magistrate Michael Bruney has thrown out the incitement case against Arthie Martin.

The magistrate cited the lack of submission of evidence by the prosecution for throwing out the matter. The prosecution had been given up to October 14th to present the court with the evidence of incitement but after several delays and postponements the magistrate ordered that the matter be thrown out.

He advised the prosecution that they can return with the matter but must present the court with the evidence.

Meantime Martin has sued the State for harrasment coming out of the tear gassing incident earlier this year. Dominican Patriot will update as the information becomes available.

Great, well done to dismiss, throw out this useless nonsense case.
Our law people need to comprehend these matters before booking and arresting our heroes for absolute rubbish.
Let democracy reign please. If you’ll have issues go talk to leaders, stop reducing yourselves to shame rubbish
