Roosevelt ran on a campaign slogan “Safer With Labor” I didn’t quite understand the psychology behind that, not I am now getting it.
Using his vast propaganda machine he was able to portray UWP and their supporters as violent people who had no other purpose but to burn down Dominica and cause chaos in the country.
His narrative stuck. I am reading reports everywhere about pre-election violence that occured in Dominica.
There isn’t one violent death or injury that was caused by Dominicans who were peacefully protesting for their rights to free and fair elections. NOT one! One the contrary many instances of violence against UWP leaders and supporters were noted, but not reported.
Meanwhile Roosevelt’s campaign was basically run by thugs, drug dealers, accused murderers and gangster, especially in the Roseau Central area. There are many, many photographs of them posing in the state house with Roosevelt and his wife Melissa.
The shooting death of a Roosevelt supporter by another Roosevelt supporter during the Labor victory was hardly mentioned.
It appears the reign of terror (STATE SPONSORED VIOLENCE) which was unleashed upon the people of Salisbury in while they peacefully slept in the beds in the wee hours of the morning By Roosevelt’s foriegn mercenaries in response to peaceful for their legitimate rights does not count as violence?
It looks like labor party supporters see it as well deserving of the people of Salisbury, their many Facebook posts indicate that much.So I asked who will be safer with labor? Will be people of Salisbury who have suffered the wrath of Roosevelt and his armed forces become finally safe under labor?
Will the Hutus of Dominica be calling for their deaths if and when they have to rise up in protest for the neglect, oppression and abuse that is sure to continue in their village? Will they ever be safe with labor ever again?
Are we to believe that in Dominica one sect, (the labor party supporters) deserve to be safe, and well housed, and well fed, while the other sect (the UWP) remain subject to state sponsored violence, neglect and inequality?
I watch Laborites in their victory declarations under the same slagon “ Safe with Labor” and I wonder should I add a line to that? My line would be “We are going out to get the UWP”
What is really going on in Dominica? Where will this end?

Check yourselves Dominicans, check what you are becoming! It does not look Good!
