The last 5 years has been a magnificient movement in many regards. I sometimes wished for a more decisive action but that is the nature of being absent vs being present, but by enlarge I saw 5 years of political growth. Political growth of a people who started from a cautious posture of fear to a posture of empowerment and daring. I saw Political growth of both a deputy and party leader… as they grew from concerned-citizens to politicians. I saw forgiveness and contriteness and a brotherhood emerge amongst these two. A brotherhood that acts now, more as family than political mates. I think the last 5 years enabled the creation of a more complete political party with broader appeal and independent-mindedness. These two have worked tirelessly against much odds. I sometimes wish for a more decisive decorum at times, but its difficult to fully understand when you are absent and they are present. I am not a believer but i sincerely believe that this duo will make Dominica proud. We do not know what the courts will rule, but if you’re actually voting tomorrow, I’d recommend this team for a brighter future. God bless.
