On November 19, 2019 Skerrit who runs things on Dominica gave a speech following a night of rioting he incited by denying Dominicans electoral reform. in a remarkable display of delusion he blamed peaceful Dominicans who marched for democracy as the ones destroying Dominica. Make no doubt about it: there would have been no march by peaceful citizens on Victoria Street on the evening of November 18, 2019 demanding electoral reform had the regime run by Skerrit accepted the August 2019 recommendations of the Organization of American States, the Commonwealth and Caricom Nations which asked for the same reforms. What are those reforms?
1. A cleansed voters list so the regime does not raise the dead and have them vote.
2. Voter ID cards so the regime’s passport citizens and imported Diaspora voters (and others) not eligible are not allowed to once again pervert our democracy.
3. That rules are enforced to ensure overseas resident Dominicans are not allowed to vote in violation of our electoral laws.
In a speech detached from reality Skerrit said that the current voting system was just fine because it is what we have had for 40 years. Well slavery lasted in the British West Indian colonies for 300 years until we to fought and died for change; slavery was then lawful. Apartheid lasted in South Africa for 100 years until it was eradicated by armed struggle and civil disobedience; and Apartheid was lawful. Racial segregation lasted in the United States for centuries until Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Civil Right Movement forced a change in the laws: but segregation was lawful and had been the law.
It is therefore to be detached from reality for Skerrit to make the lame argument that change in voting systems are not necessary. That, when we know changes in technology and conditions compel us to evolve to a better place which ensure electoral transparency. No government in Dominica, prior, had sold thousands of passports to Russians, Chinese, Iranians and Arabs. They are now citizens of Dominica. By being citizens they can find their way to our ballot boxes. Where we do not put systems in place to prevent them from from taking our country then we have no one to blame but ourselves.
Schizophrenia is defined as delusion; a detachment from reality, involving a breakdown between thought, emotion and behavior leading to faulty perception, inappropriate actions and feelings, withdrawal from reality and personal relationships, into fantasy and delusion, and a sense of mental fragmentation.

Detachment from Reality Statement: Investors won’t come to Dominica because of violent UWP behavior.
Correct Statement: No Skerrit. You have done violence to our society by word and deed. You destroyed Dominica’s economy. You are a one man hurricane. Dominica was without investment of any meaningful kind before Hurricane Maria. The investment you met as in Ross University Medical School and the many other businesses which closed, disappeared because you and your government are the most inept in our history.
Fantasy Statement: We bring you a National Gospel Extraganza. That will bring peace in the land.
Non-Fantasy Fact: No Skerrit. It is because of you there is no peace in the land. You are an unjust and bias leader. No gospel concert can fix thst. You and your fake President Charles Savarin must resign for peace to reign in our land You bribe people for a vote or to run for elections with ill-gotten cash. You run lavish concerts for elections with high priced singers of reggae, soca and gospel to ease the pain of our impoverished people in a dead economy.

Your Kempinski hotel resort was empty long before the electoral march took place on Monday, November 18, 2019. Your reggae demigod Popcorn sat lonely in an empty hotel and you paid him $100, 000 to prance around a red stage singing nonsense for less than an hour. That is the truth. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Or maybe you should blow your ram’s horn.

Statement of Truth (not mental fragmentation):
Your troops were the ones who shot off the teargas next to the Fort Young Hotel not the UWP, Edison James or Joshua Francis. There would have been no march and no tear gas if you gave electoral reform and was ruling justly. You are an unjust leader who sells passports and cannot account for the missing 1.2 billion dollars seven months after the leader of the Parliamentary Opposition challenged you to tell us where the money gone. That we have a weak tourist industry was a reality before Tropical Storm Erika or Hurricane Maria. Your regime has not opened one woodworking, electrical science, masonry, carpentry or plumbing workshop for our idle youth. Instead you give coolout money to known gang bangers and care nothing about workforce development which is critical to a real economy. Even the homes you are building are under the control of foreigners like MMC while local builders go hungry.
Skerrit you have descended into full blown schizophrenia. Go to Bulls Eye Pharmacy quick. It is in the Roseau North constituency. Have Joseph Isaac drive you in the dark of night. You don’t have to pay him again. He is already bought and sold.
