ELEMENTS OF THE MASTER PLAN AND HOW IT WAS EXECUTED!

The world heard about the master plan that Roosevelt had to steal the election of December 6th 2019 when their man OJ Seraphine disclosed it in on Al Jazeera. The  documentary aired two weeks before the election. OJ did not know he was being secretly recorded.

In a radio interview after the elections, the successful DLP candidate for the Roseau Valley, Dr. Irving Mc Intyre said that inside information from their master plan predicted a win by about 382 votes over the UWP candidate. The official results was 354 votes. What did the master plan involve? 

The master plan seemed not to have worked in Marigot, but not for lack of trying, they were so bewildered that it did not work somehow they managed to cook the figures coming from that constituency. Clarence was adamant that the figures the electoral office declared were wrong!  

The preliminary vote count published by the Electoral Office for the Marigot Constituency is L. Linton UWP – 728 and G. Riviere DLP – 423. Yet sources from the final count of all the polling stations ballots was L.Linton UWP – 881 and G. Riviere DLP – 259. And that is after they gave Riviere a number of votes which clearly belonged to Linton. How was the possible? Some suspect that a long serving Returning Officer was unceremoniously replaced just before election day just for that, and considering all the dirty dealings that happened during the election it is reasonable to agree with that suggestion.

From all the reports of people’s experiences, what we witnessed with our eyes, and heard with our ears despite what operatives like Barduille and Clarence Christian tell us we can conclude the following:

1. Gerrymandering: achieve (a result) by manipulating the boundaries of an electoral constituency.
2. Importation of diaspora voters (both legal and illegal
3. Daylight Bribery- (up to polling day, right in the polling lines
4. Treating
5. Voter intimidation
6. Use of tens of millions of undisclosed, dark, stolen money
7. Ghost voting
8. Register illegal voters (even foreigners)
9. Kidnap the elderly and disabled (Repayment for Yes We Care)
10. Purging legitimate voters from the register (If they support the opposition) Disenfranchisement
11. Re-registering voters in targeted areas 

It is not difficult to conclude that this election was anything but a sham, a disgrace, and brutal assault on democracy, and a mockery of the electoral process no regardless of what the election observers from OAS, OECS, and the Commonwealth tell us. It will be difficult to accept for Dominicans who are aware of what actually happened to accept this thievery of an election and legitimate.

What can they tell the gentleman who was interviewed by Sam Christian and others like him who were purged from the list because they were UWP voters? Can you tell him that the election was free and fair? We heard the disenfranchisement argument that was made as a reason and an excuse for not cleansing the list of dead voters, and voters who were living overseas for more than five years as required by the constitution. Why is it then that voters who live in Dominica can be disenfranchised and their votes stolen by them? Who is responsible for that? How did this happen? These questions must be asked and MUST be answered. 

We cannot depend on the courts, nor any other institution in Dominica for recourse.They have failed the people over, and over, and over again, so what then do we do now? The ball remains in the people’s court as it had been before the election. Organize yourselves Dominicans the task to save your democracy and your country has just gotten harder, but cannot surrender your democracy to Roosevelt. You cannot submit to the will of the dictator. 

As Benjamin Franklin once said: “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.” Dominicans your liberty is at stake, your prosperity is at stake, your democracy is at stake, your economy is at stake, the future of your children is at stake. You are not safer with Roosevelt and the gang that form his rogue regime! They stole you election with a well executed master plan.
