SAVARIN MUST GO WITH SKERRIT

Dear President Charles Savarin, we address you as president, not because we respect you as the president of the commonwealth of  Dominica, but presently you are the president,  regrettably and unfortunately for the state and the people of Dominica.

Mr. Savarin you are a disgrace to the state and the people of Dominica. You are also a threat to the nation. Many of the Dominican people have reservations about your appointment as President of our country given your past record and your cultist/hawkish like association with the labor party, but we never envisioned that it would be that bad. You got this position to the detriment of Dominica.

You were not the man for that noble, Statesman position. You have been an instigator, a political hatchetman and always will be, for as the saying goes, a leopard cannot change its skin.You will go down in history as the cause and the instigator of two constitutional crises in Dominica, the one that you instigated in 1979 which resulted in the fall of the Dominica labor party, and the one you will be responsible of in 2019. What a legacy that will be?  Shame on you!

Mr. Savarin, it is with shame and disgust we the people of Dominica observe how you are handling this troubling crisis that Dominica now face. Is there one iota of integrity left in you? What are your moral values sir? Why are your ethics? Where is your allegiance to the constitution and the oath you took to  obey  and preserve it? Instead you trample on the same constitution you took an oath to protect and preserve, Charles Savarin you are a disgrace!

You are a worse President than you were a politician. Some of us thought that maybe since your were embarking upon this noble statesman position of being the president of your country your disdain for the people of Dominica who do not support the labor party would have diminished. That you would see us all as one people, one nation under God, but apparently you were not appointed for that.  You were appointed to be loyal to Roosevelt in his merciless abuse of the Dominican people and his victimization and persecution of those who do not support him.

Who can forget your partisan destructive, and plain evil behavior towards the Dominicans who you saw as your enemies? You have destroyed businesses and livelihoods, you have caused so much division among the people. For that you should have never been President.

Mr. Savarin what was the point of meeting Dominicans in small groups when you basically insulted them and set your army on them when they wanted to have an audience with you? What was your purpose? All reports indicated that you just continued your role as a Roosevelt stooge trying to manipulate the people into submission to Roosevelt’s wishes! Your so called tyrant  style meeting had nothing to do with resolving the conflict and performing your functions as President.

Mr. Savarin, you now tell the people that you have no power over anything, not the Government, not the electoral commission, not the state, nothing. Apparently you do not know your role, and your powers as president after serving in the capacity for since 2013. This noble position is not for you.

We attach the constitutional role and responsibilities of the president of the Commonwealth of Dominica for you to acquit yourself with it now. We also  demand that you resign forthwith since you have failed our country, and you have disgraced the office of the President! We know you have amassed enough money to live comfortably for two hundred years! For the sake of peace and tranquility in Dominica leave Now Charles Savarin!
