To the Dominican Patriots at home and abroad and our friends around the world :
Today, Thursday, December 5, 2019 in what is the Christmas season, the Roosevelt Skerrit regime unleashed his dogs of war against unarmed and defenseless men, women, children, boys, girls and babies in the village of Salisbury.
Salisbury is a heroic village that has stood strong in defense of democracy.
Word reaching us is that tear gas was thrown into home of sleeping villagers at or about 3am. The villagers fled into the dark night, some with babies in arms. Live ammunition was discharged. Several have been wounded. We are not sure about deaths at this time.
Skerrit in his desperate effort to cling on to power has decided to shed the blood of our beloved people.He had threaten bloodshed before in his blood thirsty quest to maintain his ruthless grip on Dominica.
Remember Dominicans how the accursed Roosevelt Skerrit came to power. He came to power by pressure and scheming against our two deceased prime ministers Roosevelt Douglas and Pierre Charles both of whom died suddenly under pressure of heart attack in a most sinister and suspicious way. It is in that context Roosevelt Skerrit and his underling Vince Henderson rose to power. History will record that sad, cold and demonic fact.
It is impossible to have free and fair elections in the face of this brutal attack against our poor and defenseless people, aided and abetted by the squalid leadership of the OECS Regional Security System forces.
We call now for the intervention by democracy loving nations and the United Nations. We call for the immediate withdrawal of the Regional Security System forces from Dominica where they now have the blood of innocent Dominicans on their hands.
We will pursue justice against all those who have inflicted terror against our unarmed men, women, boys, girls, and babies this morning.
We will not accept the terror inflicted on our people by local enforcers and the foreign allies.This is a time for discipline and determination of the highest order. Our people must resist their destruction by any means necessary.
Our people are now under the boot of a most savage regime aided and abetted by its craven regional allies. They may win a battle but they cannot win against us in our courageous fight for liberty. They are doomed to defeat!

Let us not be distracted or disheartened in this moment. Let us in this moment remember our ancestors and those who gave their lives so we can live free. We are the descendants of the Negre Maron warriors who won our liberty. We are the descendants of the brave Kalinago warriors who fought to save WaituKubuli.
Let us focus the world on the savage repression of our kith and kin by a ruthless dictator whose end is near. Skerrit has been cornered by his own crimes. His crimes have caught up with him. He must now resign and hand over power to an interim government that will oversee free and fair elections. Let us focus on him until we root out his cancerous dictatorship from our soil, lock stock and barrel! Let us tell the world that Dominicans are fighting for their freedom against a cruel and criminal regime that is clinging on to power because Al Jazeera has exposed their crimes and thievery.
We had warned Dominicans and the world of what Skerrit intended. Many did not listen. Roosevelt Skerrit has no intention of giving up power. Roosevelt Skerrit has no respect for democracy and rule of law. He has shown by his conduct that he will our beloved people first before doing the right and lawful in allowing free and fair elections.
Dominican patriots, to your duties!
This is a fight till the bitter end and liberty shall have the victory!
